A little bit about Robyn
My job, one sentence
I support Vermonters interested in making their homes more energy efficient. comfortable. and healthy.
My day most often
A typical day is spent analyzing Program data, collaborating with colleagues on current and upcoming Programming. and responding to customer and client needs. Given that we're consistently finding solutions in an ever-changing world, each day tends to look a little different, which I love.
My greatest achievement
Explaining what a turducken is - in Spanish - to a French woman while I was studying abroad. Oh, and being able to point to over a dozen electric vehicle charging stations that I had a hand in helping to install in rural communities where charging stations are so critical. The cherry on top is when I get to see someone charging at these stations, knowing that my work helped influence their decision-making and in turn, reduces vehicle-based emissions.
Best advice I've received
Don't do anything that wouldn't make your grandmother proud. This was, of course told to me by my grandmother.
Last thing I googled
Shibori Indigo Tye-dying techniques. I have some big plans to liven up some tea towels and make some unique presents for friends and family.
