New York State Grid-Interactive Vehicle Study: Roadmap
In 2015 the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) commissioned VEIC to conduct a study that would assess the challenges and opportunities of integrating electric vehicles (EVs) into the state’s electric grid as support for clean transportation options leads to a continued increase in EV adoption. VEIC conducted the New York State Grid-Interactive Vehicle Study, in partnership with Steven Letendre, PhD, Green Mountain College. One of the tasks of the study was to create a roadmap for decision-making about the introduction of grid-interactive vehicles in the New York State.
