Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC) is committed to pursuing VEIC’s charitable mission and conducting business in a responsible, transparent, and ethical manner. To that end, VEIC’s leadership, which consists of a Board of Directors, officers, and senior executives, is subject to the VEIC Conflict of Interest Policy for Directors, Officers, and Principals. Likewise, all VEIC staff are subject to the Conflict of Interest provisions within the VEIC Employee Handbook. In addition, certain staff performing work under various client contracts and grants that require compliance obligations including, but not limited to, specific requirements to disclose, manage, and report conflicts of interest per specific guidelines, shall be subject to the VEIC Conflict of Interest Policy for Directors, Officers, and Principals to the extent the Scope of the policy were applicable to their own role and/or title.
