2017 ENERGY STAR® Retail Products Platform (RPP) Negotiated Cooperative Master Promotion

Vermont Energy Investment Corporation d/b/a Efficiency Vermont (herein referred to as VEIC or Efficiency Vermont) requests proposals to participate in a Master Negotiated Cooperative Promotion (NCP) from Retailers who sell ENERGY STAR® certified clothes dryers, freezers, room air conditioners, air purifiers, soundbars, refrigerators, and/or clothes washers. The proposals should detail comprehensive promotional plans that maximize cost-effective energy (kilowatt-hour) savings to Vermont residential customers with a focus on increasing the sales and awareness of the wide variety of quality ENERGY STAR certified products.

Efficiency Vermont Panton RFQ

Efficiency Vermont (EVT) and Green Mountain Power Corporation (GMP) request qualifications from contractors regarding their interest and ability to perform energy improvement projects under the eVolve Panton program – a community-wide rapid energy transformation project designed to reduce energy costs, lower fossil fuel use, and improve comfort.

Lending Services Providers for the Efficiency Vermont Loan Program

Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC) requests proposals from experienced banks, credit unions, community development financial institutions and other lending organizations for originating, underwriting and servicing one or more portfolios of loans for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in Vermont. The loan program will be administered by VEIC, which administers and operates Efficiency Vermont.

Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be delivered electronically to VEIC by 5:00p.m. EDT on September 9th, 2016. Button Up Day of Action Community Grants

Efficiency Vermont is seeking proposals from town energy committees and other community groups to support the outreach and promotion of the 2016 Button Up Day of Action on November 12, 2016. The maximum grant award per community is $2,500. The deadline for submission of proposals is 5:00 p.m., September 14, 2016. Financial Services for the Efficiency Vermont Loan Program

Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC) requests expressions of interest and comments on this proposed scope from experienced banks, credit unions, community development financial institutions and other lending organizations for originating, underwriting and servicing one or more portfolios of loans for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in Vermont. The loan program will be administered by VEIC, which administers and operates Efficiency Vermont.

Consolidated Lighting Qualified Product List

Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), a non-profit organization that administers Efficiency Vermont, is seeking proposals for the development of a consolidated qualified lighting product database and web interface tool.

Responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be delivered electronically to VEIC by 5 p.m. EDT on August 5, 2016. VEIC will not accept responses submitted after 5 p.m. EDT. VEIC will accept questions regarding requirements and scope of work up to 5 p.m., July 14, 2016, via email only, to lmorlino@veic.org with Lighting QPL RFP Question in the subject line.
