VEIC earns 2025 Great Place To Work Certification™

VEIC has always been dedicated to creating a positive company culture, but the organization deepened its commitment this past year. In 2025, VEIC introduced company-wide communication skills training, pulse check conversations to gather direct feedback, and a “culture kudos” peer recognition program. The result? A workplace where appreciation flows freely, voices are heard, and every team member has the tools to thrive. 

The nonprofit’s attention to culture comes through clearly in the Great Place To Work survey results, as well. Among VEIC employees, 94% reported that people care about each other here and 93% have a good working relationship with their supervisor. Employees also expressed pride in their work, with 94% reporting feeling good about the ways VEIC contributes to the community. One pillar of VEIC’s culture is that the company puts people first, which VEIC staff affirmed: 91% reported they take time off when necessary.
