Stephanie Breault

Stephanie Breault is VEIC’s Chief Financial Officer, bringing 20 years of nonprofit financial leadership to the organization. Based in Vermont, she is a Certified Public Accountant who has guided financial strategy, operations, and business administration for mission‑driven organizations throughout her career, most recently serving as Vice President and CFO at Northwestern Medical Center. She is well‑acquainted with navigating financial excellence in complex and dynamic industries, ensuring strong fiscal stewardship during periods of growth and change.

 

Breault joined VEIC in July 2026, drawn to the organization’s national impact and the passion of the people behind its work. Her expertise supports VEIC’s continued growth in advancing clean energy solutions that reduce emissions, lower energy burdens, and expand equitable access to efficiency and electrification programs.
