Matt Dooley
Matt leads VEIC's day-to-day operations, translating the leadership team's vision into initiatives that drive meaningful impact for the organization, our clients, and our world. He has been instrumental in optimizing processes, supporting growth, and prioritizing work that advances our goals.
Since joining VEIC in 2003, Matt's leadership has spanned engineering and consulting teams across our brands. He most recently served as Vice President of Enterprise Services, bringing both technical expertise and compassionate management to the role. He believes the most successful teams are collaborative, solution-oriented, and ego-free.
While it is impossible to name Matt's many contributions to VEIC, notable highlights include implementing a resource forecasting tool and transforming VEIC's consulting practice through operational excellence, exceeding 200% growth in both revenue and impact over the last five years.

Outside of VEIC, Matt is the father of three very active children. He loves gardening, cooking, photography, and spending time outside by land or by sea.
