Ben Burdick
Managing Director, District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility
Ben Burdick serves as the Interim Managing Director of the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU), which is operated by VEIC under contract to the District Department of Energy & Environment (DOEE).
He has served in a number of roles at the DCSEU over a 13-year tenure, including Director or Marketing, Communications, & Strategy, and most recently Director of Operations. Prior to the DCSEU, he ran an Ad Council campaign for a national arts nonprofit and worked in policy and government affairs for a trade association. Ben holds a degree from the University of Virginia and is a 19-year resident of the District and a Ward 5 resident.
