Better Building by Design Conference Event Planning & Management

Efficiency Vermont, a statewide Energy Efficiency Utility, is seeking proposals from professionals or organizations for event planning and management services for the 2028-2030 Better Building by Design conference.

Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be delivered electronically to VEIC by 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday December 1st, 2026. Efficiency Vermont will not accept responses submitted after 5 p.m. EST. Please submit your response electronically via e-mail to: [email protected] with RFP Submittal for "BBD Event Planning and Management" in the subject line.

VEIC will respond to individual questions regarding this RFP as follows: VEIC will accept questions regarding the requirements and scope of work until 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, November 9, 2026. Questions must be submitted via email only to [email protected] with “BBD Event Planning and Management Question” in the subject line. When appropriate, please reference the RFP page number and section heading to facilitate navigation and response. Efficiency Vermont will post responses on the VEIC website at https://www.veic.org/organization/rfps no later than Monday, November 16, 2026. VEIC will not address questions submitted after Monday, November 9, 2026.
