IEPEC 2025

The International Energy Program Evaluation Conference (IEPEC) is the leading professional evaluation conference for energy program implementers, evaluators, policymakers, regulators, and researchers. The purpose of this conference is to provide a forum for evaluation best practices, research findings, education, and to foster networking opportunities.

The IEPEC Planning committee has assembled a robust agenda featuring informative presentations and lively discussions on evaluation topics including impact, process, market, policy, non-energy impact evaluation, as well as emerging program areas such as electrification, load shaping, electric transportation, and equity programs, among others.

Ben Plotzker, Manager, EM&V, at VEIC, will be a panelist for the session: "Moving Goalposts: Tracking DSM's Evolving Impact."

Xavier Hayden, Energy Data Analyst, at VEIC, will showcase his poster titled "Customer Segmentation through Heating and Cooling Energy Disaggregation."
