The event brings together leaders in policy, finance, and innovation to address pressing energy challenges and advance solutions that boost Maryland's economic standing. The Summit includes presentations from inspiring speakers, engaging roundtables, actionable breakout sessions, and valuable networking. 

Ben Burdick, Managing Director of the DCSEU, will be a panelist for the session titled "Funding Maryland's Climate Goals." Speakers will explore a comprehensive overview of innovative funding mechanisms available at the state, local, utility, and federal levels to implement energy efficiency upgrades and install renewable energy systems, empowering you to leverage these resources for impactful projects. 

Nikola Jovic, Senior Manager, Engineering, will join a session on The Future of Building Energy Performance & Resilience. Speakers will discuss how improving building performance is the key to energy efficiency and resilience. Attendees will learn how policies like Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS), virtual power plants, energy storage, and security initiatives are driving progress in the built environment.
