VEIC Principal Consultant Elizabeth Chant has been named to the Advisory Board of Directors of the National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition (NEUAC) . NEUAC has also named VEIC Consulting Manager Nikki Kuhn as a Board alternate.
A broad-based coalition of organizations with a focus on addressing needs of low-income energy consumers, NEUAC maintains an Advisory Board of 22 leaders in the fields of energy, efficiency, and low-income advocacy nationwide.
Elizabeth Chant has 20 years of experience in low-income energy efficiency programming, primarily focused on multifamily housing. She is a member of the board of Affordable Comfort, Inc., and has held board memberships on the Vermont Low Income Advocacy Council and the Energy Co-operative of Vermont. Nikki Kuhn has 15 years of experience in low-income residential retrofit program design, implementation, and research.
