Sean Clement
Sean is the director of Efficiency Smart for VEIC. In his role, Sean works closely with municipalities across the US, taking a hard look at their challenges and deploying smart energy efficiency programs that move them closer to their goals. Under his direction, Efficiency Smart has developed new energy efficiency solutions, such as peak demand mitigation.
Sean has been with Efficiency Smart from the start and has built a multifaceted team that includes engineers, program managers, and marketers that have served 60 municipalities in four states since 2011. His background in project management and operations is reflected in on-budget programs that consistently meet contract goals.
Sean is motivated by the tangible impact this work has on customers, communities, and our world.
