Lara Bonn
Lara leads VEIC’s Enterprise Services team, overseeing engineers, program designers, emerging technology specialists, strategic planners, and call center advisors. As a leader, she coaches her team to see the unique impact they can have by connecting customer and market needs to innovative strategies and technologies.
During her 14-year tenure at VEIC, Lara has worked across the Efficiency Vermont branch of the organization to lead product programs, strategy, and engineering, focusing on the broader industry and national engagement. Most recently, she created and led the Emerging Opportunities and Program Design team. Before joining VEIC, Lara worked for organizations of all sizes, including a global consulting firm supporting the U.S. EPA and a smaller firm that specialized in advising utilities.

Outside of work, Lara is usually chasing around her five-year-old, seven-year-old, and puppy with her spouse. She also loves traveling, hiking, scuba diving, spending time in nature, and discovering new places.
