Greg Baker
Greg is a Principal Consultant at VEIC, overseeing our energy management work. Greg has helped build and optimize VEIC’s energy management practice from the ground up. Starting with Efficiency Vermont, Greg brought Continuous Energy Improvement, often referred to as SEM, to some of Vermont’s largest commercial and industrial businesses. This work resulted in sustained energy savings that improved the business’ bottom line and helped meet state energy goals for years to come.
Greg continues to work with clients throughout the US to deploy smart energy management practices that change the way businesses use and manage their energy.
Similar to SEM, Greg is an expert in both analytics and behavior. He works one-on-one with clients to pinpoint energy opportunities and tighten operations. This has resulted in programs that deliver value on every level from positive customer engagement to verified savings.
