Ken Tohinaka has more than 20 years of experience in energy efficiency implementation. His expertise includes site-based analysis of efficiency improvement opportunities, program performance evaluation, design of residential efficiency programs, and training of program delivery personnel in diagnosing efficiency opportunities.
