In our work with policy makers, environmental advocates, regulators, program planners, and the general public, VEIC provides rigorous analysis through cost-effectiveness screening based in economic theory. This screening is applicable in the analysis of a single compact fluorescent light bulb, an energy efficiency program, a full portfolio of programs, or entire local, state, or regional markets.
