Request for Proposals for Vermont Energy Literacy Project
The Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), a non-profit corporation, and Burlington Electric Department (BED), a municipal electric utility, request proposals for the Vermont Energy Literacy Project (ELP) to be completed and presented to VEIC by June 13, 2012.
Electronic submissions of the proposals are welcomed and encouraged. Please send these to pmarkowitz@veic.org. Seven paper copies of written proposals should also be submitted to: Paul Markowitz, Community Energy Program Manager, Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, 128 Lakeside Drive, Suite 4, Burlington, Vermont, 05401. All proposals are due by 5:00pm on June 13, 2012. Written proposals (excluding attachments) should be no longer than 15 pages.
RFP Released for ENERGY STAR® Lighting and Appliance Initiative Fulfillment Contractor
The DC SEU is seeking proposals for a fulfillment contractor for its Negotiated Cooperative Promotion activity with retail stores for ENERGY STAR lighting. The role of the fulfillment contractor may be expanded at a future date to include fulfillment responsibilities for a mail-in rebate program for ENERGY STAR appliances. The DC SEU expects to award one (1) contract under this RFP.
An informational meeting to address comments and questions in general for this RFP and RFPs seeking proposals from manufacturers and retailers will be held Friday, May 11, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the DC Sustainable Energy Utility, 80 M Street SE, Suite 310, Washington, DC 20003. All questions relating to this RFP will be accepted via e-mail to info@dcseu.com up to 5:00 p.m. ET May 14, 2012. Answers to all questions received by this deadline will be posted to the DC SEU website no later than 5:00 p.m. ET, May, 16, 2012. Request for Proposals for Energy Consultant Services
The DC SEU has issued an RFP seeking qualified certified business enterprises (CBEs) for engineering and energy efficiency consultation services to the DC SEU and its large commercial and institutional customers. The DC SEU might select more than one firm in this solicitation. The contract period is expected to be June 1, 2012, through September 30, 2012, with an option to extend for up to three (3) years.
An informational meeting to address general comments and questions about this RFP will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the DC Sustainable Energy Utility office, 80 M Street, SE, Suite 310, Washington, DC 20003. Lunch will be served. Please RSVP with your name and your company’s name by Monday, May 14, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. to info@dcseu.com.
