Consulting Staff
Nikki joined VEIC’s Consulting Division in 2009 and has over 10 years’ experience in energy efficiency program work. Prior to joining VEIC, she spent ten years working with federal, state and utility programs for low income households in Colorado. Most recently she served as Manager of the state’s low income energy efficiency programs, which includes the Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program, offered through the Colorado Governor’s Energy Office and its various partner agencies. Nikki’s current projects include managing the VEIC team responsible for providing program design, technical support, filing coordination, and savings protocol development for Honeywell’s residential energy efficiency programs in New Jersey. Nikki also serves as a senior advisor to VEIC’s work on the Department of Energy’s Technical Assistance Project, which provides assistance to states and municipalities receiving Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant dollars. Nikki has extensive program/project management experience, including budgeting, reporting, planning and process evaluation. She also has significant facilitation and meeting management skills.
