Michael Russom
Senior Consultant
mrussom@veic.org Michael Russom is a Senior Consultant in the Consulting Division. Michael manages retail efficient products programs for VEIC’s utility-scale sustainable energy facilities in Vermont, the Midwest, and the District of Columbia. He is an experienced market manager whose strategic thinking has resulted in industry-leading performance in sales and distribution of efficient products. A seasoned supervisor of office and field staff, Michael is also one of the nation’s leading experts in his knowledge of the retail efficient products market and in obtaining the collaboration of retail chains and independent stores in regulated efficiency programs. His engineering and program management background covers both the electricity and gas markets. Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of Top Ten USA™.
