Leslie is a senior energy analyst with over 15 years of experience working in energy efficiency and renewable energy. Leslie’s current responsibilities include providing data analysis, residential home energy modeling, and program support for residential energy efficiency programs. Leslie was the lead analyst for REM/Rate modeling, database development, and support on the 2007 Efficiency Main Residential New Construction Baseline Study. Leslie has conducted REM/Rate modeling, least-cost analysis, and energy code analysis for efficiency programs in Vermont, Massachusetts, and New York. She led measure characterizations for the Vermont Residential New Construction ENERGY STAR program through the use of REM/Rate’s User Defined Reference Home methodology. Leslie has completed the Home Energy Rating System (HERS) training. Prior to joining VEIC in 2007, Leslie service as project manager of a utility residential energy audit program and specialized in administration and support of corporate database systems.
