Erin’s experience spans over 25 years and includes power plant and marine plant design which has focused on thermal and process design and analysis, equipment specifications, selection of materials and materials logistics, and all aspects of project management. Erin has extensive familiarity working on energy generation projects for utilities and commercial and industrial clients. Prior to joining VEIC, Erin was a Managing Director at PowerAdvocate, where she was responsible for overseeing utility client engagements with a focus on supply chain effectiveness through procurement strategic plans and procedure validation.

Previously, she served as the Director of Engineering at Northern Power, where she oversaw technical and discipline performance of renewable energy and combined heat and power projects. Erin has also worked as a project engineer for AEP ProServe and as a design engineer at Parsons Mains and Bath Iron Works. Through these experiences, she has actively facilitated procurement strategies, demand plans, cost estimation, materials management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation for complex capital projects in the nuclear, coal, gas, renewable energy, combined heat and power, cogeneration, and infrastructure industries.
