Chris Neme

Director of Planning and Evaluation Services

Chris Neme is an economist with more than 23 years of experience in analyzing utility resource planning. He has extensive experience in economic analysis and the management of projects that assess the adequacy, design, cost effectiveness, and evaluation of utility demand side management programs.
