Cheryl Jenkins brings 20 years of experience in quantitative and statistical analysis, research, project management, business, writing and editing, and facilitation to her role providing project management as well as analysis and research in the areas of energy efficiency and renewable energy. She manages Efficiency Vermont’s participation in ISO-New England’s Forward Capacity Market, including savings forecasting, measurement and verification, market participation, reporting and tracking, and budgeting and subcontractor management. She has also managed the administration of the Vermont Small Scale Renewable Energy Incentive Program, including program design, planning, and evaluation, customer and contractor support, and reporting. She has conducted efficiency and renewables research and analysis for a number of clients, including LIPA’s Solar Pioneer program, coordinated and delivered proposals for major efficiency programs (Efficiency Vermont), and developed internal management systems for her group at VEIC.
