As a Senior Consultant at VEIC, Dylan works with clients to provide regulatory and legislative guidance around energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts. His work spans energy efficiency, building decarbonization and codes, renewable energy generation and distribution, financing, and transportation electrification.

Dylan brings over 15 years of public policy and governmental affairs experience to VEIC. As the Climate & Clean Energy Director for the Natural Resources Council of Maine, he spent more than a decade advising on energy efficiency program design, implementation, and regulatory decision-making. He helped create the Efficiency Maine Trust and its first all-fuels residential efficiency program.

“Energy is deeply integrated into the systems of our society. Yet our current energy system is damaging our environmental resources and our society. My job is helping clients become both less reliant on energy and transition to less impactful forms of energy.”

Having spent many years traveling internationally for work, Dylan is grateful to be rooted back near family in Vermont, in the same county he grew up in. He spends as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors with his three kids.
